OPEN TRIP RESERVATIONS
Open Trip-only reservations are refundable up to 72 hours prior to your trip departure. A 5% admin fee will be retained for cancellations. Reservation date may be changed once, free of charge, up to 24 hours prior to departure. Any subsequent change is subject to a $20 per person re-booking fee. Reservations not used at the time of sailing (no-show) are completely non-refundable and may not be used on any other sailings.
PACKAGE RESERVATIONS
Liveonboard and hotel packages are refundable until 7 days prior to the first day of your package reservation, within 7 days the package is non-refundable and non-changeable. A 5% admin fee will be assessed for cancellations.
Reservations with transportation added under your request (Car, Van or Bike) are refundable until 21 days prior, within 21 days the package is non-refundable and non-changeable. A 5% admin fee will be assessed for cancellations.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS/RE-ROUTES
Liveonboard or Open Trip cancellations or modifications would be due to sea conditions.
At the discretion of the Coast Guard-certified Captain, Batam Island Getaway reserves the right to cancel or re-route sailing based on weather or other conditions. If the route of a full-day Liveonboard trip is limited to the confines of weather conditions, Batam Island Getaway will offer partial refunds.
In the event of modification in sailing schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, Batam Island Getaway is unable to refund or change additional packaged products. Additional packaged products, such as hotel or coach transportation, are non-refundable and non-changeable.
